My least favorite thing in English class was the paper called, "All about me." Talking about myself doesn't come easy but it is valuable. My life's experiences have taken me to where I am today. That is a journey I am grateful for and find so much joy in. So here is a short video, getting to share more about me and my role as a healing facilitator.
