About the Event
Self Care & Self Love starts from within. This special workshop is going to focus on you and your inner sense of wellbeing, love and peace.
We will be in the beautiful Saren Skin Haven to have a sweet evening of meditation, healing breathwork and connecting in community. When we come together in love, we become more potent medicine for one another.
You will leave with a new set of home care skills and a deeper sense of calm.
This is donation based. Suggested $15 energy exchange.
Bring a mat and anything else to keep you comfy on the floor.
