This is an interactive and experiential neuro flow class.
Think yoga flow but neurology instead.
During this class you will learn ways to heal your nervous system and retrain your neurology. The focus of the class will evolve based on what's going on with the students who attend.
Please bring your questions, an open mind, and a willingness to learn!
