Divine Do-Over

It's easy to get stuck in the ebb and flow of physical sensations, pushing away what feels uncomfortable, grasping onto what feels pleasurable. What we need are practices to take us beyond the physical, through emotions, and out into the unconditional love of the divine, with presence and humanity. This afternoon we will be guided to dissolve and transcend our earthly forms to find our otherworldly forms.
