Developing this skill of inner awareness “cultivates” greater love, compassion and connection with themselves and others.
Bringing in a balance of the physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual body.
Relaxing first with Yin Yoga to find more openess in the body & Yoga Nidra to fully embrace being in your body and creating a deep calm within.
Then add Reiki on top of it, to fully get an immersive healing experience.
